Sign-in & account problems
Use the AutoMetaTrade sign-in and account security screens for login issues. MetaTrader trading passwords and Telegram connection credentials are separate.
I forgot my AutoMetaTrade password
- Open Sign in.
- Choose Forgot password?.
- Follow the email reset flow for the address used by your AutoMetaTrade account.
- Return to sign-in after completing the reset.
If you use a linked social provider and have not set a AutoMetaTrade password, Security → Sign in methods offers Set a password by email where applicable.
A verification email is missing
Check the submitted email address and spam folder, then follow the verification screen's resend instructions. Use the latest message when replacing an earlier verification attempt. Never send a verification code to support.
My session expired during an action
Sign in again, select the intended workspace, and inspect the original request's status. For profile operations or trades, check whether the earlier request already completed before submitting another one.
An action requests fresh verification
Complete the security prompt. If it requires registering a passkey, open Profile → Security, finish enrollment, save any recovery codes, and return to the original action tab. Fresh verification does not automatically confirm the pending action.
A sign-in provider is unavailable
Use an already configured working sign-in method. In Security, use Reload methods when the list cannot load. Do not remove a working method merely to troubleshoot an unavailable provider. The interface requires retaining at least one sign-in method.
I cannot change my email
The current profile shows the email address as read-only. Changing Display Name changes the displayed name, not the sign-in address. Contact support for an account-related request the interface does not support.
